In this episode I chat with Paul Niland, an Irishman who sits in the eye of the potential storm in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Paul has been in Kyiv for 19 years and has witnessed up close and personal two revolutions, including protesting with his fellow citizens for 93 days in Maidan against the police during the Revolution of Dignity.

We chat about life in Kyiv today, why he and his fellow citizens will bear arms if necessary and we also chat about Lifeline Ukraine the national suicide prevention helpline that he set up three years ago.
