Emma Morgan was raised by her grandmother, Rose, who was in her seventies.

Emma enjoyed a very special relationship with her Gran, growing up in Ballyfermot, where she was taught the importance of education and where all of her interests were encouraged.
Emma excelled at art and her education and won many scholarships, and this very driven young woman who has a big social conscience found herself drawn to the charity sector.
Emma was going to fulfil her dreams, as she says herself "Whatever it takes"
